In order to bid in our Classic Car Auctions, you will need to complete a ‘Bidder Registration’ form. This can be done by completing our on line registration document and clicking register, from this we will register you in advance of the sale, or you can down load the form from our web site (PDF File) and bring it with you – saving time in both cases.
By clicking Register & Pay Deposit you will be redirected to our secure payments site to pay the Classic Car Auction deposit of £300 online.
Which ever is your preferred method when you arrive at our site you will need to proceed to our reception, pay your deposit if you have not done this online and collect your unique Bidder number.
You can of course register on arrival if you wish – please note the reception area can become busy on sale days so pre-registering is advisable.
When bidding, please ensure you show your number clearly to the auctioneer to avoid any confusion later.
Live Bid Registration
To apply for access to ‘Live Bid’ our on line bidding facility, please complete the following details, select 'live bid' and click ‘submit.’ In order for us to approve your application all private customers and ‘non cleared’ trade accounts will be required to pay a deposit of £300 either by bacs or the payment gateway on this web site.
Upon receipt of your application and deposit, we will allocate you your unique User Name and Password, which you will receive by separate email prior to the sale commencing. The access codes will only remain ‘live’ for the next available Classic Vehicle sale and cannot be used in future auctions.
Please be aware that all on line purchases are subject to an additional On- Line bidding fee of £40.00 + VAT.

Bidding for vehicles on the internet is nothing new and it certainly will save time and arguably money for those who wish to do so. In order to help you to make an informed decision about a vehicles’ condition we are more than willing to provide a ‘walk around’ service to describe the vehicle to you as accurately as possible. However, it is important to note this only provides an opinion of the vehicles over all condition and will not form part of the vehicles’ description.
It is beyond question, that seeing the vehicle in person, checking the paperwork and satisfying yourself that it is the right one for you is by far and away the best and safest way to purchase at auction.
In either case all vehicles must be paid for and collected by the Friday after the sale.
